Cutting without burrs
Prevents peeling and chips and eliminates material loss
Ogino Seiki’s cutters can cut resin materials with a stack of plastic layers without producing burrs or chips. Thin razor blades of 0.25mm cut instantly to prevent films from peeling or chips, hence material losses are minimized.
For hard resin, polycarbonate resin and PVC, we would recommend our best precision cutters “N series” or “P series” used for roll materials. The table rotates by 90 degrees, preventing the materials from moving and resulting in excellent right-angle accuracy.
With both series, the cutting length can be set with precision units of 0.001mm. The blades are relatively inexpensive, disposable and easy to replace. One machine can perform both half-cutting and full-cutting.
Our cutters are used to cut materials, such as raw resin and protective covers.
