Noise, non-alignment of materials, and adsorption to the blades are the common problems when cutting hot melt. Our cutters are capable of continuous cutting with all of these problems reduced.
For cutting hot melt, we would recommend our fastest cutter, “RT series”. The stainless steel option can eliminate rust caused by getting wet during the transfer process.
It is completely custom made and designed and manufactured in-house based on our customers’ desired specifications and material characteristics. Our skilled technicians will be dealing with maintenance after delivery.
