Just one unit covers both full-cutting and half-cutting
Ogino Seiki’s cutters can perform cutting combining both full-cutting and half-cutting. They have excellent dead-center accuracy and it is possible to choose the depth in 0.001mm units. It is outstandingly stable with a brilliant cutting feature.
For packing materials, we would recommend our best precision cutters “N series” or “P series” used for roll materials. Both series have the ability to set the cutting length to units of 0.001mm.
The “N series” possesses ultra precision cutting with an error rate less than 0.05mm. The table rotates by 90 degrees, preventing the materials from moving and resulting in excellent right-angle accuracy.
The “P series” is ideal for laminate cutting for two types of materials. Production speed is improved as the work of pasting different materials with double-sided tape and cutting can be performed at the same time.
In addition, even if the blade is worn, the cutting depth can be easily adjusted on the screen to maintain accuracy. This removes the need to stop production frequently to replace the blade.
Our cutters are used to cut materials, such as anti-vibration materials for the automotive industry and heat insulating materials.
