For unvulcanized rubber, it is important that all materials being cut have the same weight. On the other hand, as cutting vulcanized rubber is the final cutting step, it is necessary to cut the cross-section precisely.
For cutting vulcanized rubber, we would recommend our best precision cutters “N series” or “P series” used for roll materials. The optimum model differs depending on whether it is a plate material or a scroll material. It is possible to produce a smooth cut surface with very little diagonal cutting and bending.
